A distinguished leader with over 33 years of government service, Jennifer is a recognized authority in defense procurement and digital capabilities, specializing in software engineering, data management, artificial intelligence implementation, and digital transformation.
Jennifer recently concluded her exceptional public service career as the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army for Data, Engineering, and Software within the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Acquisition, Logistics and Technology. In this pivotal role, she spearheaded Army-wide digital transformation initiatives, enabling program teams to embrace modern software development methodologies, harness artificial intelligence, and implement data-centric approaches.
Her distinguished career includes serving as Director of the Communications and Electronics Command Software Engineering Center, where she led one of the Department of Defense’s premier software organizations. Jennifer also excelled in multiple Chief Engineer positions across tactical network program management and program executive offices, consistently delivering critical capabilities to America’s warfighters.
Jennifer’s contributions have earned prestigious recognition, including the Presidential Meritorious Executive Rank Award and the David Packard Excellence in Acquisition Award.
Jennifer holds a Masters in Software Engineering from Monmouth University and a Bachelors in Industrial and Systems Engineering from University of Florida.
