The crew of a Station Apra Harbor 45-foot Response Boat-Medium supports the 154-foot Fast Response Cutter USCGC Frederick Hatch (WPC 1143) to conduct drills as part of the cutter’s biannual Tailored Ships Training Availability (TSTA) off Guam on Jan. 17, 2025. TSTA is a focused training program designed to enhance a cutter’s crew proficiency, operational readiness, and mission capability through realistic scenarios and drills tailored to the unit’s needs.
