U.S. Navy sailors receive their Fleet Marine Force badges during a pinning ceremony on Camp Schwab, Okinawa, Japan, Sept. 11, 2024. The FMF badge signifies an achieved level of excellence and proficiency in Marine Corps operations and indicates a fundamental understanding of the Marine Air-Ground Task Force and its components. The sailors are with 2nd Battalion, 6th Marines, and is currently forward deployed in the Indo-Pacific under 4th Marines, 3d Marine Division as part of the Unit Deployment Program.
