NAVAL STATION ROTA, Spain (July 25th, 2023) Sailors assigned to the security department of Naval Station (NAVSTA) Rota, Spain, participate in an antiterrorism training exercise July 25, 2023. As the “Gateway to the Mediterranean,” NAVSTA Rota provides U.S., NATO and allied forces a strategic hub for operations in Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
