Minnesota Army National Guard 1st Sgt. Lowell Laudert joined community members for the 2nd annual American Indian Day on the Hill in St. Paul, Minnesota, May 10, 2023. Laudert serves as an operations NCOIC as well as the first sergeant of Alpha Company, Headquarters and Headquarters Battalion, 34th Red Bull Infantry Division and the manager of the Indigenous Peoples Heritage Council, part of the Minnesota National Guards Diversity and Inclusion program.
“May is American Indian Month for the state of Minnesota,” he said. “It’s nice to come out and support the event, both from a National Guard perspective and from a tribal perspective.”
