Nguyen was the linchpin to completing a $2M aircraft parts project for ELRS, resulting in a 40% increase in storage space for over $80M in critical aircraft maintenance materials, and synchronized the communications installation, while coordinating on-demand tech support for the new 386 ECES facility, ensuring minimal downtime for 16 engineers.
