240711-N-ML137-1106 ANDERSEN AIR FORCE BASE, Guam (July 11, 2024) – Cmdr. Mark Klein, commanding officer of the “Island Knights” of Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 25, is pinned with the Command at Sea pin by his wife, Monica, during a change of command ceremony at the HSC-25 hangar bay on Andersen Air Force Base, July 11. Klein assumed command from Cmdr. Neil Toohey during the ceremony after serving as executive officer of HSC-25 from April 2023 to July 2024. HSC-25 ensures maritime peace and security in the U.S. 7th Fleet Area of Responsibility. HSC-25 maintains a 24-hour search and rescue and medical evacuation alert posture, directly supporting the U.S. Coast Guard Forces Micronesia/Sector Guam and Joint Region Marianas.
