Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa, Task Force Paxton, and Tactical Law Enforcement Team South U.S. Coast Guard conduct a search and seizure exercise with East African maritime forces during Cutlass Express ’24 on March 4, 2024 at L’Escale Marina, Djibouti.
